At USKEEPERS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled when you shop at www.uskeepers.us.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Time Frame: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, visibly used protective items such as gloves or veils cannot be returned.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@uskeepers.us with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service.

Returns without authorization may be delayed or rejected.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once the product arrives at our facility.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Item Sent

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, USKEEPERS will cover the return shipping cost.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be requested for sizing issues or product replacements.

  • The replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

  • Exchange Shipping Cost:
    Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to them.
    Shipping charges will be communicated during the exchange authorization process.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for:

  • Shipping the item back to us

  • Any additional shipping costs for an exchange


6. Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos of the product and packaging

  3. Our team will review and assist with a replacement or resolution
