1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Time Frame: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, visibly used protective items such as gloves or veils cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@uskeepers.us with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Our team will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service.
Returns without authorization may be delayed or rejected.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once the product arrives at our facility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Wrong Item Sent
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, USKEEPERS will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Exchanges

The replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

Exchange Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to them.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
